KYC tool
For additional verification purposes, you can also use an automated KYC tool so you can onboard your customers in compliance with AML-FT regulations.

Publish your Ad with Sepa Lightning as a payment method

When the final user open an order, the system automatically check if the user require pass a KYC process. In every moment the system send messages to guide the user about the process

If the user is verified, can pay the order clicking the Pay button.
It will be redirect to the integrated payment gateway with some available payment methods

After user pay, the system:
- Detect automatically the payment
- Send message to binance chat order communicate the reception
- Release the coins and finish the order

Yes, for the time being, you need to be regulated in Europe. We are working on a “License as a Service” model where you will be able to sign up with an already regulated company as an “agent” and use SEPA Lightning.

It depends on your AML Manual. Since you hold your own license, you need to check your AML requirements depending on your country’s regulations
As a company or freelance, you need to have an additional bank account on your name to be able to send your profits and funds to your own account.
